Chris Naziris joined MKK as a foreign legal advisor in 2011. His practice primarily focuses on Infrastructure Projects, Mergers and Acquisitions, General Corporate matters and Intellectual Property.
Prior to coming to Indonesia, Chris worked in New Zealand in Private Practice and in an In-House legal role for a Project Management company with key projects in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Chris has also worked as an In-House lawyer for a listed European Property Development company in both their London and Dublin Offices where he was involved in Project Finance, Construction, M&A, PPP and Capital Market matters.
He obtained his Master's Degree, LLB and BA from the University of Otago in New Zealand and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
