Emir Kusumaatmadja is a partner focusing on the areas of banking and finance, mining and project development, in particular in the private power sector, and a range of general corporate matters.
Emir Kusumaatmadja joined the firm following his graduation from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University in 1983. He obtained his LL.M. degree from the School of Law at the University of California (Berkeley) in 1986.
Mr. Kusumaatmadja has been named by Asia Law Practice as one of Indonesia's leading Banking and Finance law specialists and by Chambers Leading Lawyers as one of the leading Corporate and Commercial lawyers in Indonesia. He is a member of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants.
