Meita Axioma focuses on direct and indirect investment, capital markets, M&A and financing transactions.
Ms. Axioma obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of Padjajaran University in 1990. Joining MKK in 1991, she took leave in 1994 to serve as head of the legal department in a local holding company. Ms. Axioma rejoined the firm in 1996.
Ms. Axioma has completed the Capital Market Legal Consultant program conducted by the Capital Market Institute of Management, Finance and Accountancy in cooperation with the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants. She is also a sworn translator and a member of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants.
