Mr. Craig Heggie joined MKK in 1993 as a foreign legal advisor. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and on the representation of banks and other financial institutions in all manner of lending and debt financing transactions, with special expertise in shipping finance.
Prior to joining MKK, Mr. Heggie worked for several years in the Singapore office of a major international law firm specializing in shipping and international trade finance, having previously spent two years in the firm's London office
