Dian Lindajanti joined the firm following her graduation from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia in 1995. She obtained her LL.M degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. in 1997.
Ms. Lindajanti focuses on the areas of capital markets, M&A and corporate financing.
Ms. Lindajanti has completed the Capital Market Legal Consultant program conducted by the Capital Market Institute of Management, Finance and Accountancy in cooperation with the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants. She is also a member of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants.
