Miranti Malikus-Ramadhani is a partner of the firm specializing in capital markets and M&A work. Ms. Ramadhani is the author of the Indonesian chapter in the Third Edition of the International Survey of Investment Adviser Regulations, a publication of Kluwer Law International.
Ms. Ramadhani joined the firm in 1990 following her graduation from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia. In 2001 she attended the Academy of American and International Law at the Center for American and International Law in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Ramadhani is a registered Capital Market Law consultant.
Ms. Ramadhani is a member of the Association of the Capital Market Law Consultants and the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants (PERADI).
