I Gusti Ngurah Oka Anantajaya or better known as Oka advises clients on various areas of corporate and commercial law mainly Banking and Finance, General Corporate matters (including Foreign Direct Investment), Mergers & Acquisitions, Land and Property and Aviation.
Oka joined MKK in 2015 and prior to teaming up with MKK, he worked at other leading and well-known law firms in Jakarta. He obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University and earned his Masters of Law Degree from Tilburg University of the Netherlands, majoring in International Business Law where he graduated with distinction. During his time in Europe, he also attended Summer School on European Business Law held by Heinrich Heine University of Dusseldorf, Germany.
He is an Advocate and has been admitted to the professional association. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, listening to music and reading.
