Chris joined MKK as a foreign legal advisor in 2011. His practice primarily focuses on infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting matters and intellectual property.
Previously, Chris has worked for Bell Gully in New Zealand and as an in-house lawyer for a multi-national engineering firm, a project management company with key projects in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and for a listed European property developer in both their London and Dublin Offices. In these roles he was involved in project finance, construction, M&A, PPP and capital market matters.
He obtained his law degree and Master's degree from the University of Otago in New Zealand and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
