Eka is a partner in the ICT, restructuring and health and environment teams as well as being at the forefront of privacy law matters as they develop in the ICT industry.

She assists clients in numerous industries to navigate the permitting challenges and obtain authorization to operate in Indonesia or to sell cross border goods and services into Indonesia.

Within the health team, Eka advises private hospital, laboratory and pharmaceutical clients on all aspects of their business as well as assisting offshore medical device manufacturers achieving government approval for their products.

Eka has worked in MKK’s Jakarta and Singapore offices and, prior to joining MKK, Eka worked for the Economic Law Improvement Procurement System Project between the International Development Agency of the United States of America and the Government of Indonesia (USAID – GOI ELIPS PROJECT) and a legal research company in Jakarta.

She is a member of MASTEL (the Indonesian ICT Society) and the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
