Rini is a partner in the corporate, banking and finance and infrastructure teams and leads the firm’s automotive practice. Rini is also MKK’s point of contact for Japanese clients.

With a focus on financing, corporate and regulatory work in heavy industry and infrastructure, Rini’s clients include major Indonesian conglomerates, Japanese trading houses and large foreign investors. Her work also includes assisting with M&A and competition matters in relation to highly concentrated industries.

She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
