Ferdinand Jullaga read law at Padjajaran University. He earned his Master of Law (LL.M.) at Georgetown University Law Center with major in International Business & Economic Law and was granted a certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. During his time at Georgetown Law, he was selected to represent the university participating in a WTO moot court competition all-American round at Kingston, Canada, in which his team succeed to the final round held at WTO's headquarter office in Geneva.
Ferdinand joined MKK in 2011 having been worked in another prominent law firm in Jakarta as well as an in-house counsel for a listed mining company. He also spent several months of internship at Washington office of Dentons during his study at Georgetown Law. His main areas of practice encompass project finance, foreign investment, mining and international trade.
Ferdinand's recent projects include advising a consortium in financing of 3x110 MW Sarulla Geothermal project and advising the sponsors in development and financing of 2000 MW Central Java Coal-Fired Power Plant which is the first PPP project in Indonesia that obtain financing from international lenders.
Ferdinand is a regular contributor as writers in both domestic and international publisher.
